Qualifications

• Doctorate-level degree (PhD, MD, DSc, or equivalent)

• Recognized experience in biotechnology, bioengineering, or life sciences research

• Strong record of peer-reviewed scholarly publications

• Previous editorial or peer-review experience (preferred but not required)

• Commitment to open access publishing and global scientific equity
