Qualifications

• Doctorate-level degree (PhD, DSc, MSc with extensive experience, or equivalent)

• Strong record of peer-reviewed scholarly publications

• Previous editorial or peer-review experience (preferred but not mandatory)

• Commitment to open access publishing and global research equity
